A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Production Specialist. Position type:
Full‑time, Contract. Duration: 12 Months.

Location:

Goleta, CA. Shift: 2nd shift.

As a Production Specialist
, you will:

• Work with individuals and teams outside the department.
• Perform tasks that may include handling chemicals (epoxies, adhesives, solvents, etc.) and following rigorous procedures.
• Be able to push a cart, extend arms above shoulder height, and visually inspect small parts.
• Wear company‑provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strictly follow all safety related processes, procedures, and protocols.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to use a microscope and small hand‑held tools (tweezers, screwdrivers, etc.).
• 4 years of experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred experience working in a cleanroom and around ESD‑sensitive parts.

Pay Range
: $30.00/hr to $32.40/hr.
