U.S. citizenship is required and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

• Administer security clearance briefings for employees and perform debriefing upon retirement/termination.
• Continuously evaluate compliance of personnel security activities with security requirements.
• Conduct security inspections, program reviews, and apply risk‑mitigation methodologies to support customer assessments.
• Manage day‑to‑day security programs, personnel processing, document control systems, audits, self‑inspections, violation investigations, and report issuance.
• Analyze security issues and provide focused solutions to prevent unauthorized access to company and government facilities.
• Resolve routine problems of limited scope and complexity.
• Work extended hours in a fast‑paced, driven environment.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience if no degree.
• Experience with NISPOM, ICD 705, or work in a classified environment.

• Ability to solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity.
• Self‑starter with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work extended hours in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service orientation and teamwork.
