Security Clearance RequirementsU.S. citizenship is required and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
What You Will Do- Administer security clearance briefings for employees and perform debriefing upon retirement/termination.
- Continuously evaluate compliance of personnel security activities with security requirements.
- Conduct security inspections, program reviews, and apply risk‑mitigation methodologies to support customer assessments.
- Manage day‑to‑day security programs, personnel processing, document control systems, audits, self‑inspections, violation investigations, and report issuance.
- Analyze security issues and provide focused solutions to prevent unauthorized access to company and government facilities.
- Resolve routine problems of limited scope and complexity.
- Work extended hours in a fast‑paced, driven environment.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience if no degree.
- Experience with NISPOM, ICD 705, or work in a classified environment.
- Ability to solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity.
- Self‑starter with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work extended hours in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑service orientation and teamwork.
- Competitive salary range: $72,000 - $144,000 USD.
