You will help to deter incidents by maintaining communication, supporting patrol teams, and responding promptly to requests. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and manage access control systems for personnel and vehicles entering or exiting the location, following established protocols.
• Receive, document, and dispatch calls for service in a timely and professional manner, maintaining clear communication with on-site personnel.
• Assist with coordinating emergency response activities and provide information to first responders as needed.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all dispatch activities, incidents, and communications throughout the shift.
• Support Allied Universal team members by relaying critical information and coordinating responses to incidents or requests.
• Help to deter unauthorized activities by remaining alert and responsive to unusual situations or behaviors in and around the location.
• Provide customer service to visitors and staff by answering questions, giving directions, and addressing concerns related to security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
