App Folio is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to advance the Realm-X ML platform—training, fine-tuning, inference, RAG, evaluation, and cost. You will keep our AI cloud always-on, observable, and economical, while influencing model and agent design across the product suite.
You will partner with Voice & Agents and Research ML teams to product ionize prototypes, ensure scale across the customer base, and maintain SLOs and observability in a highly collaborative environment.
