Club Coordinator for Indoor Pickleball Club

The Picklr Santa Barbara/Goleta is the County’s first premium, community‑powered indoor pickleball club where great play, great people, and great experiences come together—built for players of all levels and fueled by connection, competition, and fun.

We’re looking for a high‑energy Club Coordinator to help run the heartbeat of our club. This role blends hospitality, operations, events, and community building. You will be leading the front‑desk host team, bringing special events to life, supporting social media, and making sure every guest leaves smiling (and coming back).

• Lead, schedule, and support front‑desk hosts while setting the tone for service and culture
• Own the full guest experience—from first check‑in to last goodbye
• Sell, plan, and execute special events (charity tournaments, corporate team‑building, private parties, community events)
• Coordinate social media content and promotions that reflect the club’s energy
• Oversee pro shop operations, merchandising, and sales
• Keep the facility looking sharp by managing cleaning schedules and presentation standards
• Assist with basic budgeting, tracking, and day‑to‑day operations
• $75,000–$100,000 annual base salary
• Performance‑based bonuses paid every six months
• 3 weeks paid time off (PTO)

• Comfortable with modern software systems (POS, scheduling, CRM, social platforms)
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar leadership role
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learner
• Background in sports, recreation, fitness, or hospitality preferred
• Solid understanding of the sport pickleball—or excited to become deeply fluent in the culture
• Organized, personable, and thrives in a fast‑paced, social environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
