• Provide superior patient service and consult on treatment options
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care
• Verify insurance payment, collection, and credit card processing
• Supervise non‑clinical front‑office staff and reinforce daily priorities
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments
• Review daily data to evaluate practice impact
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and data‑driven decision making
• Organized and detail‑oriented
