Primary Care Physician - OLOLPG Airline Primary Care

• Provide direct patient care in the office and at other locations; develop treatment plans and assess patient response while ensuring high-quality care.
• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients on an on-call basis in rotation with other physicians (note: the Industrial Medical Center's Staff Physician does not provide on-call services).
• Quality and Performance Improvement: investigate new techniques, practices, and equipment to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Assist in developing and implementing continuous quality improvement programs and participate in multi-disciplinary QA efforts; ensure services are performed with compassion, understanding, and respect.
• Ensure alignment with hospital mission, philosophy, and policies to promote high-quality care and departmental effectiveness.
• Promote personal professional development by staying current with trends through seminars, workshops, conferences, and professional affiliations.
• Collaboration and Partnership: collaborate with other physicians to provide high-quality medical care and technologically advanced services.
• Participate in educational programs, in-service meetings, and training to share expertise with others and support education for new personnel, volunteers, and interns.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
