Project Engineer, Engineering Design & Technologists

We are seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to lead and manage engineering projects from planning through execution.

This role involves developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical and project management expertise, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of detailed project plans outlining scope, budget, and schedule.
• Ensure thorough and accurate project documentation to guide execution.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all project-related activities.
• Manage resources and align team members with project goals and timelines.
• Track milestones and deliverables; identify and mitigate risks to maintain project progress.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and project managers.
• Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving to address project challenges.

• 10–20 years of experience leading engineering projects with a proven track record of successful delivery.
• Strong project management and technical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Experience with engineering software tools.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP).
• Familiarity with advanced engineering methodologies and tools.

• Ability to perform essential job functions safely and consistently with ADA and other applicable standards.
• Sedentary work involving prolonged sitting with occasional movement around the office.
• Ability to perform repetitive computer tasks using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
