• Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of guest accounts
• Balance and verify all revenue, expenses, and financial reports for the previous day
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist with late check-ins and early check-outs as needed
• Maintain security and safety protocols during overnight hours
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
• Support other hotel departments as required

• Previous experience in hotel front desk, accounting, or night audit preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
