Join Chipotle Mexican Grill as a Kitchen Leader. You will learn to prepare and grill food, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and train future leaders.

• Cook and prep food to order, following Chipotle’s kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels, resolving quality issues.
• Support teamwork between back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house crew.
• Coach crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well stocked.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure it is repaired quickly.
• Ensure the kitchen meets safety and injury prevention guidelines.

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience.
