As a Cook at Off The Hook, you’ll set the tone for our restaurant by ensuring all food meets high standards. You’ll be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and supporting your team to deliver top‑notch Cajun food.

• Prepare and cook high‑quality meals that meet our restaurant’s standards
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen, maintaining a high level of energy
• Take pride in crafting exceptional dishes and delivering a memorable dining experience
• Handle a variety of kitchen tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
• Follow all food safety regulations and procedures, including proper handling and storage of food to prevent contamination
• Use kitchen equipment and appliances safely and effectively, performing basic maintenance and reporting any malfunctions to management
• Work closely with other kitchen team members and communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations

• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may change
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for work‑related functions and training
• 1 year of restaurant experience
• Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Possess a valid driver’s license
