We close at 10:00 PM Monday-Thursday
Close at 10:30 PM on Friday and Saturday and 9:00 PM on Sundays, so no late nights!
Here’s what we need:- An awesome smile and winning attitude.
- A willingness to learn and be part of a winning team.
- 1-2 yrs line cook and expo experience.
- Ability to work holidays, weekends, and Sundays.
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables and/or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team.
- Properly timing orders and ensuring they come out on time.
- Expedite items by communicating with cooks and timing orders.
- Packaging Togo orders and assembling in house orders for service.
- Plating and Garnishing items.
- Assist managers in directing the "flow" of service.
- Answer, report and follow kitchen managers instructions
- Clean up station
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with team members
- Proven experience
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with our industry’s best practices
