Base Pay Range

$14.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Front end service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, handle financial transactions, and answer customer questions. The role may require standing for long periods of time.

• Greet and thank customers upon arrival.
• Process returns and refunds accurately.
• Handle financial transactions, including cash, credit, and debit card processing.
• Answer customer questions and meet their needs.
• Maintain compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Stand for extended periods as required.
