Provide physical therapy treatments including orthopedics, sports medicine, geriatrics, cardiac rehabilitation, neurological and wound care following the state and federal guidelines established for physical therapy.

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s and doctorate preferred.
• Minimum two years experience including inpatient and outpatient.
• Maintain CPR certification.
• Current Physical Therapist license.
• Works within Scope of Practice, as appropriate.
• Knowledge of treatment and safety practices.
• Ability to manage a challenging work environment related to changing patient needs, including work with staff, peers, physicians as well as patients with acute, chronic, and complex disease processes, and those who are dying.
• Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with standards for performance improvement and organizational values (e.g., efficiency & financial responsibility, safety, partnership & service, teamwork, compassion, integrity, and trust & respect).
