Shifts:
6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (2-2-3 Rotating Schedule)
Base Pay: $24.87/hr + $1.50/hr shift differential - higher base pay based on experience!

What You'll Do:
You'll be a key player in keeping our manufacturing facility in top shape. Your responsibilities include:
* Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining pumps, valves (Tri-Clover and other unique valve types), and conveying systems
* Wiring up and replacing electric motors
* Performing preventative and predictive maintenance
* Work safely and efficiently in a hot industrial environment
* Follow strict food GMPs to ensure product quality and safety
* Using CMMS to manage work orders and parts inventory
* Collaborating with operations to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance
What We're Looking For:
* Industrial maintenance experience, especially with food or manufacturing equipment
* Experience with pumps, Tri-Clover valves, conveying systems, motor wiring and replacement
* Familiarity with food GMP standards - a big plus
* Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills
* Ability to read schematics and follow technical instructions
* A proactive, safety-first mindset
