Job Summary: Oversee the efficient operations in the warehouse.

• Ensure cheese is received, documented, and put away in the required manner.
• Assist Warehouse Manager and Senior Lead Person in efficient running of the warehouse.
• Load trucks safely, timely, and efficiently.
• Ensure that product loaded meets customer specifications.
• Fill in for operators as needed.
• Assist plant management in projects as assigned.
• Ensure plant meets, and employees follow, current GMP standards.
• Work in accordance with Glanbia core values.
• Fulfill other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by Plant Management.
• Comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
• Comply with all applicable food safety regulations and mandates (Safe Quality Foods, Food and Drug Administration, Pasteurized Milk Ordinance).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to run, or learn to run and troubleshoot all equipment in the Gooding Cheese Warehouse.
• Ability to drive or learn to drive a forklift.
• Desire to grow with the company.
• Willingness to attend training classes as needed.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts as needed.
• Ability to operate (or learn to operate) necessary equipment.
• Excellent record required in safety, attendance, and punctuality.
• Ability to stand and walk the entire shift if needed.
• Ability to read and write instructions in English.
• Knowledge of the proper use of all cleaning chemicals.
• Must be able to work weekends, and overtime as required.

• Frequently (51‑75%) use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• Occasionally (25‑50%) walk, lift and/or move 26 to 60 lbs.
• Rarely (1‑25%) stand, sit, talk or hear, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach with hands and arms.
• Specific vision requirements: close vision (clear at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear at 20 feet or more); color vision; peripheral vision; depth perception; ability to adjust focus.

May be exposed to noise levels of 85+ dB; hearing protection will be required.
