Job OverviewJoin our growing sales team as an Equipment Sales Representative. You will manage defined geographic territories, develop customer relationships, generate leads, and conduct successful auctions for farm equipment and real estate. You will have the autonomy to build your territory while supported by comprehensive training, advanced technology, and an experienced management team.
Responsibilities- Develop new business and manage existing customer relationships within assigned territories.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and community engagement.
- Conduct auctions, present available equipment and properties, and manage bidding processes.
- Provide accurate estimates and value assessments to customers.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market conditions and inventory.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless auction execution.
- 2+ years of successful sales experience with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong preference for background in the agricultural industry (equipment, commodities, farm services).
- Experience in rural markets, industrial sales, or relationship‑based industries valued.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage existing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with the agricultural community.
- Existing network or connections within agricultural markets preferred.
- Comfortable with technology platforms and CRM systems.
- Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic, persistence, and resilience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.
- Willingness to invest time and effort in territory development.
