Construction Manager:
Timo Six is a Nashville based home builder that specializes in luxury move in ready homes in some of the most coveted areas in Metro Nashville, TN.
Currently, we are looking at a Construction Manager to our team. This position is for someone who has experience, preferably in Nashville, of constructing new homes for at least a 5–10-year period. Additionally, we expect this individual to be a good communicator and be part of a team. The CM will be accountable for all construction aspects of the company and will report directly to the Operations Manager.
This will be a position that will be responsible for weekly job checks and quality evaluations. Other PM’s, Superintendents and Field Operations Managers will have the CM as their primary point of contact regarding construction related questions.
This position is a full-time position with the benefits of the use of a company vehicle, health care reimbursement, and investment opportunities. Salary would be negotiated and would include a package of completion bonus based on timeliness, quality, cleanliness, and overall job completion.
A few of the duties that this person will be expected to perform are as follows:
- Manage project timelines.
- Production systems development, implementation and management.
- CM accountable for day‑to‑day construction activities.
- This would include, but not limited to verifying all of the construction team is reporting on
their daily activity in daily logs.
- Actively monitoring creation and completion of To‑Do Lists

- Have daily discussions with PM’s for project status and conduct job checks at least 3 times per week.
- Weekly meetings on Tuesday and Thursday with the OM to discuss schedules, QC, contractors, etc.
- IV. Monthly training sessions with PM’s and entire production team. Schedule TBD.
- Work with OM to create training items and agenda.
- Should be done in conjunction with PS meeting. Possible 8:00 AM on first Wednesday of the month.
- Daily point of contact and point of escalation for PM’s. Available for questions that arise via text, email, and calls as needed.
- • Drive the project schedules. This will include, but not limited to evaluating construction schedules, holding PM’s accountable for holding timelines, and assisting with changes and adjustments as they arise.
- Utilize and hold accountable quality, security, and cleanliness control.
- Subcontractor/Vendor recruiting.
- Process/respond to all construction related email, phone calls, & texts that relate to the closing.
- Construction Document review:
- CM will be responsible for working with the OM to actively participate in and possibly lead all Pre‑Con, Mid‑Con, and Post‑Con meetings.
- Point of escalation.

In addition to the duties of CM, it will be expected that this person will be prepared to function as a Project Manager for a handful of projects and will step in to manage in the event that a current PM is out of the office or the position is in a transition.
