The Center of Hope for Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of underserved individuals and families. This salaried position offers the opportunity to grow clinically while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

• Annual salary of $50,000–$55,000
  , based on experience and proximity to independent licensure
• Full-time, salaried position
• Hybrid work environment with office availability Monday–Saturday
• Diverse caseload serving children, adolescents, adults, and families
• Strong clinical support and collaborative treatment team

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and contribute to individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and/or group therapy services
• Document client progress, behaviors, and therapeutic interventions accurately and timely
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
• Maintain compliance with agency policies, ethical standards, and HIPAA regulations
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training

• Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (CACREP-accredited preferred)
• Actively pursuing independent licensure in Tennessee (LPC-MHSP or LCSW)
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience working with children and/or adolescents (If child and teen therapist)
• Experience addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, identity development, and transitional life issues
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of empathy, professionalism, and ethical judgment
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-based environment
• Demonstrated cultural competence and commitment to serving diverse populations
