** Job Description
**** What You Will Do
*** Oversee Front Office and Housekeeping operations, ensuring standards (brand and Atrium!) are followed to a T.
* Lead and support your team—coaching, developing, and stepping in when needed to keep service top-notch.
* Keep the hotel spotless and guest-ready by coordinating cleanliness, maintenance, and timely responses to issues.
* Monitor department budgets, control labor and supply costs, and support revenue-generating initiatives.
* Create memorable guest experiences with proactive service and genuine connection (you’ll be the reason they come back!).
** What We Are Looking For
*** 2+ years of hospitality leadership – You’ve managed people and property, and you’ve got the stories (and spreadsheets) to prove it.
* Housekeeping or front desk experience – Understanding both sides of the rooms operation makes you a true hotel ninja.
* Strong people leadership skills – Coaching, conflict resolution, and motivation are all in your toolkit.
* Solid computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite, team chats, and reports won’t slow you down.
* Flexible schedule – Nights, weekends, holidays—hospitality never sleeps, and sometimes, neither do we
