Job Overview

Assistant General Manager – Krystal Restaurants LLC. Lead restaurant operations, build high‑energy teams, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

• Co‑create a motivating work environment, set high standards, and coach team members.
• Deliver WOW service by modeling excellent guest interactions, solving issues, and celebrating feedback.
• Execute Krystal’s 9 operating systems, support financial and operational goals, and monitor metrics daily.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant facility; manage health, safety, and security policies.
• Support local community marketing, product launches, and promotions to strengthen brand presence.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years management experience in a fast‑paced food service setting.
• Strong people leadership, guest service emphasis, and team‑building skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, staff, and senior leaders.
• Flexible schedule – available for shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and perform routine inventory and prep tasks.
