Job Description Your ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an Outside Sales Associate who will manage their own territory, aggressively grow sales, and promote our brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Independently manage the existing customer base and prospecting activity within the assigned territory.
- Deliver compelling presentations, negotiate effectively, and communicate with clarity, both verbally and in writing.
- Use computer systems to process dealer orders, respond to requests, and review system‑generated acknowledgements.
- Perform additional duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong drive to win.
- Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging communication style.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
- Preferred knowledge of the general contractor and building industry.
- Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
- Comprehension of construction drawings.
Flexibility to cover a 250‑mile radius with occasional overnight travel (up to 75%).
Physical RequirementsProlonged standing, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling are required. Good hand‑eye coordination and hand dexterity are essential. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds.

$30,000.00 – $ (base salary will vary based on relevant factors).
