General Laborer – SBW Constructors, LLC

Location:

405 Church Street, Goodlettsville, TN 37072 Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

• Assist crew members with various construction tasks on-site.
• Retrieve, transport, and organize tools and materials as needed.
• Operate and maintain basic hand tools safely and effectively.
• Perform pipe laying, including measuring, cutting, and positioning pipes.
• Follow instructions to ensure proper installation of underground utilities.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations at all times.
• Support site supervisors and equipment operators to ensure efficient workflow.

• Experience with basic hand tools (wrenches, hammers, tape measures, etc.).
• Willingness to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Prior experience in construction or underground utility work is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to safety.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.

Full‑time, Monday to Friday. Overtime potential with occasional weekend work required.
