Responsibilities- Diagnosing and maintaining or fixing electrical and plumbing (including water lines), A/C and heating systems, appliances (when applicable), water irrigation systems, stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, tile, carpet, flooring, interior and exterior lights, fireplaces, ceiling fans, gas fixtures, shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors, boiler, gas and electric systems, door locks, P.O. boxes, lock mechanisms, security systems, ceiling leaks, pool areas, pool furniture.
- Assist with moving appliances and maintaining a clean property.
- Must have a truck or reliable transportation.
- Must be able to take rotation weekend calls and on‑call emergencies.
