We are seeking a motivated Marine Technician to join our busy Marine Service Center. If you are hands‑on, a quick learner, and have a strong mechanical background, we want to hear from you. Compensation will be based on experience and knowledge.

• Diagnose and repair marine engines and onboard systems (inboard, outboard, and sterndrive)
• Use diagnostic tools and software to evaluate engine/system fault codes
• Perform routine maintenance: fluid changes, impeller replacements, lower‑unit service, battery testing, and seasonal prep/winterization
• Conduct full‑system inspections, including electrical, fuel, steering, and propulsion systems
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow service center procedures
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly to customers
• Deliver quality workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on experience needed
• Willingness to learn marine systems and diagnostic processes
• Strong work ethic and problem‑solving mindset
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
