Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair luxury coaches including Prevost, MCI, and Van Hool.
  • Perform expert maintenance on Volvo (D13), Detroit Diesel, and Cummins engines.
  • Utilize modern diagnostic software to troubleshoot electrical, air brake, and hydraulic systems.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to ensure coaches are road‑ready for our buyers and sellers.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    3+ years as a Diesel Mechanic. Specific experience with coach buses or Volvo engines is a major advantage.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Strong understanding of diesel fuel systems, emissions (SCR/DPF), and chassis components.
  • Tools:
    Must have your own set of professional‑grade tools.
  • Mindset: A focus on precision and safety. We deal with high‑value luxury entertainer coaches and expect high‑quality work.
  • Competitive hourly pay based on your experience and certifications.
  • Vehicle Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance experience.
  • Proficiency in Diesel Mechanics.
  • Understanding and hands‑on experience with Equipment Maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues.
  • Basic knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Trade school certification in diesel mechanics or a related field is a plus.
  • Passion for gaining knowledge in the field of entertainment transportation logistics.
