Join Pacific Rail Services (PRS Auto) in Nashville, TN, as a Rail Terminal Supervisor of Operations. You’ll oversee the unloading of brand-new automobiles from railcars, coordinate daily operations to meet customer expectations, and lead a team with a focus on safety and efficiency. No prior experience is required—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed. This role is a good fit for candidates with experience in warehousing, automotive, or management.

Key Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate vehicle unloading
- Monitor team performance and productivity
- Ensure safety standards are followed
- Communicate with customers and manage equipment availability
- Maintain inventory accuracy and vehicle security
- Assign duties and manage staffing levels
- Collaborate with terminal leadership to improve operations
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required
