Your Role as a Lead/Master Teacher

We’re looking for enthusiastic educators who are committed to creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your primary focus will be leading classrooms, guiding young learners while prioritizing their safety and well‑being. You’ll plan engaging activities that promote growth across developmental areas, and cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication. #CDSC

Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

  • Are at least 18 years old, can pass a background check, hold a high school diploma or GED, and complete 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of starting. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center are a big plus.
  • Have genuine empathy and understanding of children’s needs and development.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Can meet the physical demands of working with children.
