General Dentist – Full Time, West Phoenix, AZ
Gentle Dental, part of the Inter Dent family of dental providers, is recruiting a full‑time General Dentist to join our practice in West Phoenix, AZ. Our team values growth, respects expertise, and champions work‑life balance.
Position Details- Full team of in‑house board‑eligible or certified specialists to support your specialty needs
- Predominantly PPO practice
- Comprehensive dental office
- Compensation: 30%+ of production based on experience
- 3–5 days a week (Monday – Friday)
- Fridays required
- Healthcare package (Medical, Dental, Vision)
- Short‑term and long‑term disability
- 401(k) and additional pre‑tax savings plan
- Life insurance
- Continuing education credits
- Malpractice insurance
- Relocation assistance and state license reimbursement for candidates relocating to the area
- 5+ years of experience
- Accredited dental school graduate
- Current state dental license (or ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
