Direct Primary Care Physician

The Pilot Clinic in Goodyear, Arizona is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our growing Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. A partnership pathway is available.

This position offers the rare opportunity to practice medicine with clinical autonomy, smaller patient panels, and more time for meaningful care without insurance hassles, coding, or RVU pressures. You’ll provide comprehensive, preventive, and chronic care for adult patients while building lasting relationships through extended visits and direct communication.

• Conduct thorough medical assessments and examinations
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients
• Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness
• Perform minor surgical procedures as needed
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and medication management
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
• Utilize electronic medical record systems for accurate documentation and communication

• Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Valid medical license in the state of Arizona
• Proven experience in providing primary care services
  
  Ability to interpret diagnostic tests and imaging results
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
