- Leadership & Reporting Structure:

Growth in patient volume and service expansion CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE - Credentialing Timeline: 6090 days COMPENSATION & PERMANENT BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $700,000 guaranteed base for the first year plus productivity bonus

- Board Status: BC/BE in Interventional Cardiology (Board Certification within 5 years of residency required)
- State License
Required:
Active Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain) - Active DEA Certififcation
- Certifications:
ACLS and BLS (AHA issued) - Experience:
Completion of 1-year Interventional Cardiology fellowship; vascular skills a plus - Additional
Proficiency with EKG, echocardiography, stress testing, nuclear medicine stress, catheterization, angioplasty, and stent placement
- Visa Sponsorship: J-1 Visa eligible (H-1B not available)
- Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology care in collaboration with existing physician and APP team
- Perform interventional procedures including diagnostic heart catheterizations, angioplasty, and coronary stent placements
- Interpret noninvasive studies including EKG, echocardiograms, stress tests, and vascular imaging
- Participate in call coverage and weekend rounding as scheduled
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing departmental growth COMMUNITY & LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS
