Monday Friday, with limited weekend call (1:3 rotation) On-Call Expectations: ER call up to 4 days per month (single hospital coverage)

Epic Specialty Backup: 24/7 cardiology and surgical support available Support Staff: 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), nursing and cath lab support staff Leadership & Reporting Structure:

Active Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Active DEA Certififcation

Certifications:

ACLS and BLS (AHA issued)

Experience:

Completion of 1-year Interventional Cardiology fellowship; vascular skills a plus
