This is an on-call position where we contact you as needed to cover when full-time teachers are unavailable due to illness or vacation.
The Substitute Teacher role offers a great opportunity to get started at Guidepost Montessori. Many substitutes transition into full-time Assistant Teachers when new positions open. If you love children and seek a community-focused environment, apply below!

Minimum Qualifications:
- Negative TB test within the last 12 months
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Valid state background check
- Warm, friendly demeanor
- Preferred: ECE units or recent teaching experience with children aged 0-6
