As a Physical Therapist
, you’ll be responsible for:

• Evaluating, treating, and developing individualized care plans for patients.
• Providing high-quality rehabilitation services to help patients regain mobility and function.
• Supervising and mentoring physical therapy assistants and aides.
• Documenting patient progress and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Maintaining positive communication with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare teams.
• Staying up to date with the latest physical therapy practices and techniques

• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

• Participating in facility meetings, training sessions, and in-service education

Licensed Physical Therapist with a degree from a CAPTE-accredited program

• Ability to lift, push, and move patients up to 50 lbs

• Capability to stand, bend, and move throughout shifts

• Fine motor skills for writing reports, charting, and handling therapy equipment
