Works with the Radiologists and other personnel to provide diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Special Procedures and other areas within Diagnostic Imaging.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to understand oral and written instructions stated in radiological and medical terms and to exchange information with patients and staff.

• Functional supervision may be exercised over cross‑training Radiologic Technologists and/or students.

• Minimum Education:
  
  Completion of JRCERT approval formal program in Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum Experience:
  
  One year Radiology experience (unless approved by hiring facility leadership team at point of hire).
• Preferred Experience:
  
  Three years special procedures.
• Required Certifications/License:
  Current Certified Radiology Tech (CRT), American Registry Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and CPR required.
• Preferred Certifications/Registration:
  Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI), ACLS.
