Start part-time and PRN while gaining hands-on experience alongside our care team. This flexible schedule is designed to give you time to focus on completing your Caregiver Certification successfully. PRN shifts also let you pick up extra hours right away — even full-time hours at times, depending on availability and reliability. After two weeks of employment and successful orientation, we’ll cover your tuition, books, and testing fees for an approved Arizona Caregiver Certification Program.

Once certified, you’ll move into a full-time Caregiver role with a pay increase.

• Work under the direct supervision of a Certified Caregiver or Manager to provide safe, compassionate care

• Assist residents with personal care such as dressing, grooming, and bathing

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

• Help with mobility, meals, and light housekeeping as trained

• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior

• Collaborate with certified caregivers and other team members to ensure residents’ comfort and safety

• Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment

• $18.50/hour starting pay

• $19.50/hour after certification

• Paid Caregiver Certification Program (we pay the school directly)
