At Total Care Connections, we’re growing quickly and bringing on 5–10 new clients and patients every week across Avondale, Desert Ridge, Glendale, Goodyear, Happy Valley, Sun City, Surprise, and Tolleson. We’re hiring caregivers, CNAs, and home care professionals to provide exceptional care to seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities throughout the West Valley.

• Starting at $16 and up depending on experience and certification level
• All shifts available: days, nights, weekends, and 24-hour live-in opportunities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care and companionship
• Assist with daily living activities such as meals, hygiene, and mobility
• Support clients with errands, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
• Monitor client well-being and report any changes promptly
• Deliver compassionate care that upholds dignity and independence

• Availability for day, night, or weekend shifts
• Prior caregiving experience preferred (but not required, we provide paid training)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insurance
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. and perform hands‑on care
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
