As a caregiver, you will provide a variety of services to our clients, ranging from daily household chores to personal care. Your duties may vary from client to client as we strive to tailor our services to meet each individual’s needs.

Our in‑home care services allow many seniors to remain in their homes, retaining their independence in a familiar environment. As a caregiver, you will work directly with our senior clients and their families. Your daily duties may vary and could include anything from personal care to assistance with household tasks.

In‑home care responsibilities can vary from client to client. Caregiver duties may include:

• MAINTAIN INDEPENDENCE
  • Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
  • Help seniors with trips to local Goodyear markets.
  • Go to lunch or grab an ice cream with your client.
• RESTORE DIGNITY
  • Assist with bathing and grooming.
  • Incontinence care management to avoid embarrassment.
  • Light housekeeping to reduce stress at home.
• KEEP HEALTHY
  • Prepare meals to maintain vitality.
  • Provide medication reminders to avoid hospital readmissions.
  • Ensure seniors stay out of danger with memory‑care safety measures.
• SUPPORT OTHERS
  • Assist with physical therapy exercises.
  • Be the eyes and ears for hospice care.
  • Report changes in condition.

• Heart For Seniors – Have a genuine desire to work with seniors.
• Ability To Work – Typically 8‑ or 12‑hour caregiver shifts in the Goodyear area; optional overtime often available.
• Senior Safety – Pass a criminal background check, drug screening test, and negative TB test.
• Transportation – Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, valid driver’s license.
