Job Description

Job Summary
:
The Recruitment Coordinator supports the talent acquisition team in full‑cycle recruitment by reviewing applicants, coordinating interviews, managing pre‑hire processes, and assisting with onboarding and orientation. This role also helps maintain accurate records in Workday, ensures timely communication among candidates, hiring teams, and Corporate leaders, and supports the day‑to‑day operations of the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management functions.

  • Review, edit, and post job descriptions; create and manage job requisitions in Workday.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with HR and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Draft and route offer letter details for approval and manage follow‑up communication.
  • Proactively track feedback from hiring managers and maintain clear, consistent communication with leadership, recruiters, and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Enter and process contingent workers in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and obtaining confirmation of compliance documents.
  • Support onboarding activities, including preparation and hosting of the New Hire Experience.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management teams on day‑to‑day operations and special projects to enhance process efficiency and the overall candidate experience.
  • Assist in coordinating and preparing for Career Fairs.
  • Proactively follow up with hiring managers to obtain timely feedback on interviewed candidates and ensure consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Screen incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates and forward top profiles to recruiters and hiring managers for review.
  • Maintain regular updates to the recruiting team regarding candidate status, feedback, and next steps to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Track candidate progress within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all notes and feedback are accurately recorded.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss recruiting progress,
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc needs.
  • Other administrative task dictated by business needs.
Education And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least 2‑4 years of experience in recruiting.
Skills And Abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven ability to follow through on tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and customer‑service‑oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems.
