The Presales team is responsible for designing digital transformation solutions that address customer pain points and drive business value for Elemica’s clients. Supporting the company’s revenue growth goals, the Presales team works across target industries to support digital transformation initiatives in Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Logistics and Quality business processes. Elemica's digital supply chain software solutions combine business to business integration, process automation, collaboration, and optimization, and end to end visibility.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Presales, the Presales Consultant is to support Elemica’s customers & prospects with supply chain subject matter expertise, pain point discovery and solution recommendations and value analysis. Through discovery, presentation and demonstrations, the Presales Consultant works in partnership with Elemica Sales & Marketing, Product Management & Professional Services teams.
The ideal Presales Consultant is both analytical and a strong communicator. This includes the ability to identify primary business process challenges, lead future state discussions, and translate technical capabilities into business value. With a high degree of intellectual curiosity, the ideal Presales Consultant enjoys the consultative process and partnering with clients and prospects on solutions that improve their business.

What You’ll DoThe Presales Consultant supports the sales team by engaging clients and prospects throughout the sales cycle. This includes:
- Leading in-person and remote workshops to understand customer objectives and pain points
- Conducting discovery sessions with clients to understand their specific challenges and requirements
- Designing the ideal combination of Elemica software solutions to meet their objectives, along with supporting recommendations
- Presenting recommendations and demonstrating the software solutions in a compelling manner that differentiates Elemica from the competition.
- Tailoring presentations to address the unique needs and pain points of each potential customer
- Quantifying presenting the value of digital transformation project.
- Refining recommendations, handling objections, and partnering with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to win the opportunity
- Building strong relationships with potential and existing customers, becoming a trusted advisor in their technology decisions
- When applicable, managing the RFP response process by creating compelling, complete, professional proposals
