The role is responsible for the execution, continuous improvement, and problem solving of supply chain processes to achieve business results. The incumbent must understand downstream customer requirements and deliver on expectations. The position drives change through the application of supply‑chain theory, lean manufacturing principles, and tools.
Location:
Arizona – candidates must be local; relocation assistance or sponsorship is not provided.
- Optimize plans and schedules in a lean environment, coordinating services and materials to meet production demands.
- Analyze and communicate value stream and supply‑chain capacity, constraints, and opportunities.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and drive corrective actions using supply‑chain and lean tools (ERP, Kanban, spike tools, 5Y, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including suppliers, supervisors, logistics/warehouse groups, and material planners.
- Represent supply chain in projects within the value stream (plan, source, make, or deliver).
- Provide coaching and mentoring to supply‑chain planners with minimal guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Systems preferred.
- Working knowledge of supply‑chain technologies (ERP, MES, WMS).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, ERP, and reporting systems.
- Experience with lean manufacturing tools such as pull systems, PDCA, value‑stream mapping, process mapping, and Kanban.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to consistently meet those needs.
- Proactive learning mindset and problem‑solving aptitude.
