Systems & Process Leadership
  • Leverage ERP and MES systems (e.g., Net Suite, SAP, or JD Edwards) to enhance visibility and accuracy in scheduling.
  • Ensure data integrity and process discipline in all scheduling, routing, and production control activities.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production planning and shop-floor coordination.
  • Develop real-time reporting tools and dashboards for capacity utilization, schedule adherence, and on-time delivery.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Hire, train, and mentor a team of Master Schedulers and Production Planners to support both near-term and long-range production goals.

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in ERP/MRP systems (Net Suite preferred).
