Healthcare Arizona LLC, a premier mattress manufacturing arm of the MLILY company, is an air‑conditioned 650,000 sq ft manufacturing plant in Goodyear, Arizona.

The CNC Machine Operator operates a variety of heavy equipment in a manufacturing environment under the direction of the Plant Manager and/or Production Supervisors.

Pay: $19/hour

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday

• Inspect and report defective materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and PPE requirements.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Set up machines for production runs.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management.
• Problem‑solving skills; able to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment.

• Lift up to 50 lbs independently and 100 lbs with team lift.
• Stand and walk for extended periods (11‑hour shifts).
• Bend, stoop, reach, and see clearly for detailed work.
• Work in varying temperatures.

• Air‑conditioned warehouse and manufacturing environment.
• Requires standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks with heavy lifting.
• May involve exposure to loud noises, chemicals, and machinery.
• Safety guidelines and protocols must always be followed.
