Responsibilities- Sets up and operates different types of machine tools.
- Must be able to troubleshoot material loading systems, molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Must know and comply with all safety rules.
- Selects appropriate tools for varying materials, equipment, and operating conditions.
- Constructs simple mechanical fixtures to support the manufacturing process.
- Knowledge of computers, to enter in production related issues.
- Diagnoses simple problems, determines corrective action required, and takes corrective action.
- Communicates clear and concisely
- Troubleshoot Automation and Demolding Robot
- Update Process books from machines
- Plastic Injection processing (PP, HDPE)
- Color changers, order changes on Plastic Injection Machines.
- Other related job tasks or responsibilities as assigned
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to access equipment to troubleshoot problems; requires continuous standing, climbing, and bending with occasional kneeling, stooping, and crawling; lifting up to 25lbs; push/pull/move palletized crates up to 450lbs by using a manual pallet jack; pull/push hopper with material on the sliding metal track using a human force up to 150lbs; visual and audible inspection of machinery required; good hand-eye coordination.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and work in high, precarious places and where the sound and noise levels are loud and distracting. Employee is required to wear protective items such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.
