What You'll Do- Operate Vacuum Tube safely and in proper condition, adjusting as necessary per specific cooling requirements of various raw product loads.
- Carry‑out unloading, identifying, and tagging of raw material loads from trucks coming in from the fields.
- Maintain proper logs of all cooling and post‑harvest activities.
- Communicate effectively with post‑harvest as well as other department team members and expedite proper documentation required to ensure seamless processes.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies.
- A strong work ethic as well as a passion for excellence and growth with a team.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Post‑Harvest processes.
- Valuable knowledge of various cooling temperatures for different products.
- Significant comprehension of ammonia and the safety precautions that surround it.
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule with the ability to work days as well as nights.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions for long periods of time throughout the day and night.
- Basic computer and math skills along with notable understanding of Famous Software.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred).
