Base pay range$17.00/hr - $17.00/hr
ScheduleDay Shift: 6:30am‑6pm, Monday‑Thursday (11‑hour shift with two 15‑minute breaks and one 30‑minute lunch break). Friday hours vary based on business needs.
Pay$17/hr & Overtime $25.50/hr
Duties/Responsibilities General Duties- Meeting production targets
- Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
- Following production guidelines and specifications.
- Reporting any issues to the team leader or supervisor on duty.
- Performing other related tasks as assigned.
- Assembling products and parts according to production guidelines and specifications.
- Applying adhesives and ensuring proper bonding of mattress components.
- Inspecting finished products for any defects or inconsistencies.
- Packaging finished mattresses for shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.
- Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products.

- No experience needed; training will be provided.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery is a plus.
- Very Heavy Lifting:
Lifting and carrying for a short distance up to 50 pounds constantly on your own and up to 100 pounds via team lift frequently during an 11‑hour shift. - Standing:
Remain on one’s feet in an upright position during a 10‑hour shift with two 15‑minute breaks and a 30‑minute lunch break. - Walking:
Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another. - Stooping:
Bending the body forward and down while bending the spine at the waist 45 degrees or more either over something below waist level or down towards an object on or near the ground. - Talking:
Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word, conveying detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. - Hearing:
Perceiving sounds at normal speaking levels; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and make fine discriminations in sound. - Vision:
Visual acuity required to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work. - Temperature:
Must be able to adapt to cold or hot temperatures; not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
