We are seeking a motivated individual to work as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician on 2nd Shift. The hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 2PM – 10PM.

• Oversee the process of manufacturing FAI sample parts and support production on Cincinnati CNC press brakes.
• Provide engineering support for manual TIG welding and manual sanding/finishing processes. Help team members develop an understanding of the equipment, manufacturing process and quality expectation.
• Provide guidance to maintenance mechanics when troubleshooting equipment breakdowns. Lead root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective measures.
• Work with design and quality engineering to improve manufacturing drawings and inspection plans as part of new product introductions and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure safety throughout manufacturing practices, procedures and equipment.
