Kitch Fix is hiring Food Service Team Members to support the Cincinnati Reds Spring Training performance dining operation in Goodyear, AZ.

This is a unique opportunity to work in professional sports, helping fuel elite athletes while building real skills in a structured, well‑run environment.

You’ll be considered for a specific position based on your experience and interest.

Openings include front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house food service jobs in Goodyear, AZ.

• You’ll focus on guest service, food presentation, stocking, and keeping the dining space clean and welcoming.

• You’ll support food prep, cooking, and execution of recipes in a fast‑paced but organized kitchen.

• You’ll play a critical role keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and running smoothly.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs (role dependent)
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, and non‑traditional schedules
• Ability to commute to Goodyear, AZ
• Food Handler or Serv Safe certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
