Overview
Retail Store Manager to join our team. Salary: $19.00 to $26.48 per hour. In addition to hourly pay, a very lucrative monthly bonus may constitute a major portion of total yearly income.

We are seeking a Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience (retail/sales is a PLUS). A Store Manager will be accountable for day-to-day store operations and promoting a positive/productive environment. Responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing store employees, recruiting and retaining top talent, maximizing financial goals, and managing customer relations/satisfaction. The Store Manager sets the tone for a customer-centric environment and analyzes store financial statements to ensure goals are met and adjust as necessary.
The Store Manager commits to the asset protection program through inventory control, policies, procedures, and securing customer loans. With internal and external marketing tools, promote the business and target new customer acquisitions. All employees work with a variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.
This position offers a competitive wage plus a bonus based on store performance. Actual pay is based on location, qualifications, and experience. Reports to the District Manager.
Responsibilities of a Store Manager(This is a representative list of general duties and not all-inclusive; other duties may be assigned as needed.)
- Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally and addressing issues promptly.
- Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet First Cash standards.
- Recruit top talent through company-prescribed channels.
- Open and close the store, manage cash drawers and merchandise, and protect assets.
- Ensure asset protection through inventory control and loan management.
- Administer store processes: inventory, loan management, merchandising, store systems, and reporting.
- Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal-setting.
- Ensure operating standards meet or exceed First Cash standards.
- Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to maintain value and integrity of loans.
- Complete assigned tasks and self-development training.
- Communicate store mission and profit objectives to employees.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
- Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
- May be asked to assist customers in exterior areas or retrieve products stored externally.
- Minimum Age: 18 years old.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in multiple locations as needed.
- Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Store Managers will work 45+ hours per week; hours are not guaranteed.
