The primary responsibility of a Stock Team Member is to assist with freight flow process, backroom organization, salesfloor replenishment, and price changes. This position requires a high level of organization and a sense of urgency.

• Assist in the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely, and efficient manner
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns, and salesfloor replenishment
• Provide support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets, and support of the Company Handbook during shifts
• Takes personal accountability for individual performance
• Enter the salesfloor treating co‑workers and customers with respect and professionalism; support company branding by adhering to dress code
• Show a high commitment and demonstrate support for company initiatives
• Take initiative during each shift to ensure shipments are processed effectively and timely
• Show a professional, positive, can‑do attitude at all times

• No experience necessary; stock experience preferred
• Energetic, results‑oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Problem‑solving with company directives, handbook and manuals
• Flexible to work a schedule that meets store business needs (often early mornings and off hours)
• Capable of lifting and moving 50 pounds or more regularly
• Capable of climbing ladders
• Capable of lifting and moving bulky merchandise regularly
• Capable of stooping, bending, climbing, and lifting to stock and retrieve merchandise from stockroom and sales floor
